1. An article of footwear including a sole including a forefoot region, a midfoot region, and a heel region, the sole comprising:
a forefoot plate of unitary construction covering substantially the entire forefoot region and solely one of a medial side
and a lateral side of the midfoot region of the footwear;
a heel plate covering solely the heel region of the footwear;
at least one alloy cleat protruding from the forefoot plate; and
at least one molded cleat protruding from the heel plate.
